A UK-based Salesforce consultancy and application development practice β built on the belief that lasting transformation starts with getting the architecture right, and stays relevant through AI and innovation.
NuraCloud is a specialist Salesforce consultancy, application development practice, and AI integration partner. We work with organisations across financial services, staffing, media, automotive, property technology, and public sector β delivering platforms that work reliably, integrate cleanly, and evolve with the business.
We are not generalists. We are platform specialists with 13+ years of deep Salesforce expertise, bespoke application development capability evidenced by our own live product (CoolProperties), and an AI-first approach to integration that keeps every platform we build relevant.
We carry 9 active Salesforce certifications, have delivered programmes with 11 simultaneous third-party integrations, and still write production code every day β including in our own applications.
Started on the tools β Apex, Visualforce, sales process configuration. Four Salesforce certifications earned in year one. A hands-on foundation that informs every architectural decision made today.
Multi-year delivery across Rolls-Royce, Guardian News & Media, BMO Asset Management, and Adecco Group β including the ONS Census national workforce programme. Integration depth (SOAP, REST, SAP, Jitterbit, Boomi, 11 simultaneous integrations) became a defining specialism.
Operating as sole technical architect, leading development teams, and building our own products. CoolProperties β our live property technology application β demonstrates end-to-end development capability. AI integration is now embedded in every engagement we take on.
Small by design. Every engagement is led by the same senior architect who designs, builds, and delivers β with no junior handoffs and no surprises.
Mahfuz is the founder and lead architect of NuraCloud, bringing over 13 years of hands-on Salesforce expertise to every engagement. Starting as a platform developer, he progressed through senior development roles on some of the most integration-intensive Salesforce programmes across financial services, media, automotive, staffing, and central government β before moving into sole technical architect responsibilities.
Most recently, Mahfuz sole-architected the Adecco Community Portal revamp (a multi-brand, multi-domain Experience Cloud platform) and led the ONS Census national workforce management programme. Alongside client delivery, he designed and built CoolProperties β NuraCloud's own live property technology application β demonstrating end-to-end application development capability beyond Salesforce consulting.
He holds 9 active Salesforce certifications, is actively developing AI and Agentforce capability, and still writes production code every day β a deliberate choice that keeps architectural decisions grounded in real platform behaviour.
He has a somewhat unusual skill set of being technically brilliant yet also able to converse with clients to discuss meaningful requirements. When the going gets a little too technical, he is our go-to expert.
I have worked with Mahfuz on challenging integration projects where his "can-do" attitude really sets him apart. Commitment to realising client objectives with an open, friendly personality is why I'd very happily work with him on future projects.
"To make Salesforce simple, scalable, and successful β and to build software that endures beyond the project that created it."
Technical debt is a design failure. Every solution starts with deliberate, documented design β reviewed before the first sprint and built to outlast the immediate project.
Staying relevant means embracing AI β not as an add-on but as a core part of how we design integrations, automation, and applications. Every platform we build is AI-ready.
NuraCloud builds and ships its own software. CoolProperties is a live, real-world application β not a demo. We advise clients on the same development standards we hold ourselves to.
We tell clients what they need to hear. Honest assessments, clear documentation, and reliable commitments β particularly when budgets and timelines are under pressure.
No hard sell β just an honest conversation about your Salesforce, AI, or application development challenge.
